Elaine has been married to John for 38 years. They have a blended family of 3 sons and 1 daughter, 15 grandchildren, and 1 great grandchild of whom they are both extremely proud! They live in Mt. Carmel. She joined Mary Kay in 1978 while working also as a hairstylist in her own salon. After 1 & 1/2 years, she closed her salon and became a full-time beauty consultant.
In 1980, she debuted as Sales Director of the Hipsher Honeybees Unit. In just 3 months following her debut, she led her unit to their first Pink career car. In the past 32+ years they have qualified for MK Cars; some of them Pink, a portion of those PINK CADILLACS. Her unit has also qualified for the Circle of Achievement for numerous years as a Unit reaching $250,000, 300,000, 350,000, 400,000 and $450,000 Unit Club. Elaine has 4 first-line Directors, 1 second-line Director, and numerous down-line Directors.
She also has been a Star Consultant, selling the Mary Kay product line, for 32+ years, earning 136 Stars. She also has been in Mary Kay’s Director’s National Court of Sales for the past 32+ years, once at #5, and another time at #14 in the nation. Elaine has ranked as the #1 consultant in her National Area many times as a Director and also as a consultant.
Elaine has reached her 45th year with Mary Kay in 2023. She has celebrated this milestone with remodeling her front room into a Mary Kay consult room.
